OVERVIEW

Notorious PNG is a bold Papua New Guinea x Peru blend combining washed and natural coffees, offering rich chocolate orange sweetness layered with sticky dates, smooth body, and a lingering indulgent finish.

Dessert in a cup. Chocolate orange up front, sticky dates underneath, and a lingering finish. It's bold and sweet, with real depth.

Papua New Guinea (70%)
Virgin Mountain AX1 from the Eastern Highlands, grown by smallholders in the remote Nori Kori Valley near Kainantu. Trees grow along forest fringes and fertile mountain slopes above 1,600 metres, mostly in traditional "coffee gardens" of one to two hectares, inter-planted with shade species like Casuarina and Albizia. It's fully washed, which gives the cup its structure, clarity and a smooth, clean finish. This is the syrupy sweetness at the base of the blend.

Peru (30%)
Grown by Jose Arce Diaz in the Chirinos district of San Ignacio, Cajamarca, one of northern Peru's best-known coffee regions. High altitudes, rich soils and a warm jungle climate suit sweet, vibrant coffees. It's naturally processed at Chacra Coffee Company, which deepens the sweetness and body and adds the dried fruit richness.
