At Alfresco Chapel BBQ Centre, we want your experience to be as seamless as your first perfect BBQ. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery and returns process
We use Shopify’s trusted shipping partners — Evri and DPD — to deliver your orders safely and quickly across the UK.
Carriers: Evri or DPD (depending on order size and location)
Estimated Delivery Time: 1–5 business days
Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your items
You’ll receive full tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)
Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day
Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on a weekend or Bank Holiday, will be processed the next working day
No orders are processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays
We currently only deliver within the UK mainland
Unfortunately, we do not deliver overseas or to Southern Ireland

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right or you change your mind, we’re here to help.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unopened, unused, and in a re-sellable condition
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included components
Please note: Custom-built or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
Change of mind / wrong item ordered: You are responsible for return postage
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We’ll cover the return shipping costs

We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
We’ll notify you as soon as the refund has been issued.
All returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back
Returned items must be in a re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return
