Monolith Classic/LeCHEF pizza stone

With the MONOLITH pizza stone, which is made of ceramic cordierite, you can make delicious pizzas, tarte flambée, breads and cakes in no time at all. It is compatible with the MONOLITH .55 (CLASSIC) and .66 (LeCHEF) grills. Its open-pored surface absorbs the moisture content of the dough, creating a crispy and airy base. The pizza stone can be placed directly on the grill rack for easy handling. To achieve optimum results, we recommend using the matching deflector stone and the additional grid. These additions create a more balanced top and bottom heat.
