This is quite possibly the best Meat Church rub ever! This perfect blend of Meat Church’s ‘Holy Cow’ and ‘Gospel’ rubs (NO, it’s not 50-50) will provide a fantastic colour and killer BBQ flavour on all things beef like steaks, briskets and beef ribs! This took tons of test cooks to get it right.
