Gozney - M.O.P Stone Cleaning Tool

The safest and most effective way to clean your oven. The Gozney® M.O.P. is a first-of-its kind oven cleaning tool, developed in-house to respond to the needs of the best pizza chefs.
While traditional brushes risk shedding bristles in the cook area, the M.O.P. features a dual-purpose head built to withstand the high temperatures of the pizza oven. On one side, a stainless steel scraper blade loosens stubborn debris without damaging the stone.
On the other, an aramid fiber sponge steams and wipes away residue. The removable sponge head is durable – lasting longer than a year with consistent use – and replaceable. An elongated aluminium handle allows for safe use in larger ovens, a natural partner for the Pro Peel. This accessory is a massive unlock for any pizza maker and all pizza ovens.
