Angus & Oink - Porky White Chick

A Competition Style BBQ Rub packed with a formidable force.

Spices, chillies & umami for maximum effect, Porky White Chick is a serious competition BBQ rub and best enjoyed with pork & chicken.

A hugely versatile rub, but we love it in a KFC inspired recipe for a naughty plate of comfort food! Served up with corn, slaw and dipping gravy this recipe will deliver crispiness & moans of pleasure to your table.
