Tramontina grill skewers are ideal for barbecuing. You don't even need an actual barbecue. You can also light an open fire and hang a long skewer over the fire on a support. The skewer is sturdy enough for this because it's V-shaped and made of stainless steel. As well as providing strength, this shape also ensures that the meat rotates with the skewer and does not move freely on the skewer.
