Portuguese inspired BBQ rub, ideal for chicken, pork, prawns and fish.
- Ideal pairing to chicken – rub over thighs, breast, spatchcock and whole rotisserie chicken.
- Marinade pork or chicken shawarma.
- A must with pan fried or BBQ pork chops.
- Mix with flour for deep fried chicken.
- Add into piri piri style rice.
- Dust into vegetable stir fries and air fryer dishes.
Ingredients: Paprika, salt, garlic, tomato, chilli powder, Portuguese oregano, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, coriander, Mexican oregano, citric acid, pepper.
