This is the coffee most of our customers come back for. It’s built to be easy to love: sweet, full-bodied, and clean, whether you pull it straight or pour it into milk.
The Brazil (60%)
Natural-processed Mundo Novo from Fazenda Barrinha in Mogiana, 2025/26 crop. It’s the foundation of the blend, with a rounded sweetness and a chocolate, hazelnut and caramel base. The Costa family has farmed Barrinha for three generations, and they’ve kept 30% of the land as native vegetation while still pushing quality forward.
The Colombia (40%)
Full washed Caturra, Colombia and Castillo from Alto del Obispo, near San Agustín in southern Huila, sourced through Cóndor. Around 80% of farmers in the region work less than 3 hectares, so every lot is handled at family scale, with close attention from harvest to processing. After a 12-24 hour fermentation, the coffee is washed and sun-dried. It adds a rich, brownie-like depth to the blend, with a touch of red fruit and black tea and a soft, gentle acidity. Cóndor has worked in the district for over 25 years, backing local families through direct relationships, technical support and projects like a children’s Community Garden.
In the cup
Big and smooth, with enough sparkle to stay lively. It holds its own against milk in a flat white or latte, and it’s just as good as a straight shot.
