Franklin Barbecue 6" BBQ Prep Knife

Made by America’s oldest cutlery manufacturer, Aaron uses this Dexter-Russell® knife for raw trimming on brisket, turkey, pork butts and any other boneless meat.

The knife guard (optional) is made by Messermeister of a solid, plastic design with a soft, non-scratch interior lining. This knife guard will keep your knives blade clean and sharp.

The long-scalloped points are made of Stain-free, high-carbon American steel to penetrate through thicker meats, while the valleys prevent tearing. For foods with tough exteriors, this knife also doubles as an excellent slicer for bread and vegetables. The soft, ergonomic handle provides a comfortable, textured non-slip grip to prevent slipping and increase control that matches the contours of the hand.
